PRICING

All prices are subject to change at BDO Technologies' discretion and are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD). BDO Technologies may reject orders containing incorrect prices due to errors such as data entry mistakes, coding issues, hacking, manufacturer pricing errors, or translation inaccuracies. Prices are non-negotiable and exclude shipping and handling fees, which will be calculated at checkout. All sales include New Zealand GST (15%) at checkout. BDO Technologies is not liable if your access method does not display GST in the listed price.

SHIPPING

All products are carefully packaged for safe delivery and shipped via Track & Trace courier, with delivery typically taking 1–5 business days depending on the destination. Orders are generally dispatched within three business days unless otherwise requested. If dispatch is delayed beyond three days, we will attempt to notify you with an updated dispatch date. Please verify your delivery address, as BDO Technologies is not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses. Customers are responsible for reshipping costs for items returned due to an incorrect address. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer or specific cash. If general terms of payment due is 14 days after invoice date, BDO Technologies reserves the right to cancel the order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If an order is dispatched but not received, or if an item arrives damaged or defective, a return claim must be submitted within 14 days of dispatch. Email your claim details to incoming@bdotech.co.nz. The following options may be offered:

  1. Replacement: A replacement will be sent if available.

  2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a full purchase price credit will be provided.

  3. Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., Visa or Direct Credit) and processed within three days of claim approval.

Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted, so please select items carefully. Exchanges are evaluated case-by-case, and items must be unused, in original condition, and in unmarked packaging.
