Rifle Setup & Inspection

Rifle in pieces? We offer a complete turn key service to inspect and assemble rifle systems into functional firearms.
You can expect all components to be thoroughly cleaned, bore scoped, all fastenings & load bearing surfaces are inspected, cleaned and reassembled for optimal outcomes.
BDOT can handle and ship firearms to trusted and proven gunsmiths on behalf of owners in the event of major works.
Rifle Setup & Inspection
Annealing & Cleaning
$25 per 100 pcs
Cleaning, Vibratory tumbling and annealing of brass.
For annealing: Brass to be supplied head stamp sorted, any calibres from .223 REM to 338 Lapua Magnum
Precision Rifle Load Development
$350 + CC (Component Costs)
BDOT can take your rifle through a full load development cycle where individual rifle characteristics are exploited to achieve optimal performance.
BDOT will develop the optimal load, zero your firearm & supply verified drop charts either in printed or in digital format.
The ballistic app of choice is AB Quantum
If you wish to have a turnkey solution - Rifle Setup & inspection should also be considered.
Ammunition Production
Precision rifle ammunition:
$200 per 100 pcs +CC (Component Costs)
$10 per 100pcs for cleaning ,annealing & trimming (if required)
Most suited to Long Range Hunters & Precision applications.
Precision rifle ammunition with the most suitable components to achieve the customers desired outcome, Powder is precision measured and each round is carefully assembled on a single stage press.
A typical precision load is assembled from Lapua Brass, Berger projectiles & suitable powder to achieve 98-100% case fill at desired muzzle velocities. Hornady, Starline, Nosler and other brands of components are available.
Customer supplied brass requiring preparation has a small additional fee of $10 per 100pcs for cleaning ,annealing & trimming to ensure best possible performance
Production ammunition
$50 per 100 pcs + CC (Component Costs)
$10 per 100 pcs for cleaning ,annealing & trimming (if required)
Customer Supplied brass is preferred!
Sample quantities: $2.00 per round plus CC (Component Costs)

We offer high volume loading on a multi station machinery to produce high quality and high value ammunition, typical customer use cases is for BDOT remanufacturing customer supplied 308WIN, 223REM, 9mm LUGER brass & loaded with customer specified projectile and velocity. B·DOT can supply new brass to customers who require.
